  1. well, I watched the Goodpasture v. CPA game and you better watch #7 the Quarterback for CPA because he will light up a defense. And if he isnt passing then he is running the ball. He found the holes in the GPS defense a couple of times that looked almost like a professional QB. All this from a GPS parent.
  2. I am not a Hendersonville fan but did go see them last night against Ravenwood. Someone is going to have to find a way to stop Sanchez. I watched her put a ball in the net from 30 yards out, left footed that no goalie could have stopped. Ravenwood played well especially Emily Allen at forward but Hendersonville just had too much talent. I will be curious to see what they do in Chattanooga.
  3. I am a UT graduate, back in 1986. My brother in law is a ND graduate in 1998. Since he graduated he has had three jobs. Never had to look for one. The ND network just called him up and asked if was interested in the new position. All new jobs were for additional income. It is nationwide alumni network. I love UT but the alumni base doesnt work like it does at ND.

  7. I called baseball here in Nashville and noticed a trend. HS coaches "unofficially" required their HS players to play on the same summer league team. If a parent wanted their HS player to play on a different team, they were "unofficially" told that their son would probably pay the price in playing time. It was a way to circumvent the TSSAA restrictions and get more practice time for the HS coach. Additionally, if the HS player want to work and not play baseball in the summer, he paid the price in lack of playing time. I feel for the rural schools but i dont want Girls soccer to get to where summer baseball is at today. Former Umpire
