It's been a rough week in the 'boro because of this loss. Coach A was supposed to be proving hes worthy of Riverdale. So far he aint proving much.

The Burros lost to Tullahoma last year because Adelot thought he was too good for them so he didn't prepare the team. Since the Burros got rid of that problem they are sure to win. Burros by 14

The wing-t was fine in the 70s. Riverdale is stuck with it because Adelott hasn't learned anything new since he played. Loyal fans can't support that.

Adelott is out of his league...he's cracking under the pressure already. We need a coach NOW.

The success of the team is about the commitment to players that the new coaching staff has. The old coaches may have watched a lot of tape but they were there for themselves and to glorify each other. Lots of players were hurt by the way they did things. I doubt Riverdale will put up with that and the assistants are all assistants at Brentwood schools so fortunately they don't set the tone to destroy those programs. Long story short...Hillsboro won tonight and Riverdale lost tonight. We'll be saying that alot.

It is like night and day comparing the coaching staffs from last year to this year...this staff is give, give, give and before it was take, take, take, take. It's too bad for the Warriors and the Brentwood schools. Their loss is the burros gain.

Workinprogress is correct. The Buros are so much better because they have coaching talent and player talent. They are able to work smart and hard without all the negative stuff that went on with the old coaching staff. More kids are playing football than ever before because they have good men in charge in stead of people in it for their own glory.

Who is bashing? Things are going well there now according to everyone I hear from.

What poison? Things are going great and that will help the Hillsboro program.

It sounds like they probably arent HC material-when they up and quit it showed who they are. Since they aren't around anymore to influence the team all sorts of things have come out about the way they dealt with the team and that along with more kids playing, the teams attitudes, and playing of the team have convinced most everyone that the old staff was doing more for themselves than the program and them leaving-- Coach A and the rest was a win in itself. All yall that think the old Hillsboro was good need to pay attention because things are gettin better.

Just because your there doesn't mean you get the job. If they are head coach material why aren't any of them HC anywhere else? I heard some weren't willing to apply and some interviewed so it sounds to me like if they cared about the team they would stay and support the new HC. Isn't that the right thing to do?

Coach Blade has the team filled with energy and those boys understand football like they never did before. After being let down by the former coaches they won't let anyone get between them and the state championship...all because of Blade.

Im just saying they probably cant make it in the other counties. The burros have talent with or without them.

All those Hillsboro coaches will be running back to metro next summer when they are looking for a job. Things work different outside the city.

Hillsboro will totally dominate now that they have some new blood. The program looks like it will be better than ever.

USJ is well known for their non focus on what is good for kids. I guess they will have to kill someone before they wise up. Hope it is no one I know.
