We stunk it up tonight. Still as bad as we played we are two completions away from being either tied or having a lead. Dropped 1 wide open touchdown and 1 hit between the numbers pick 6. We got work to do

Adamsville starts its season of road games this week at Biggersville, MS. Not a lot known about them but they were very good last year. Lets get t hi is party started.

Actually the new play clock will increase plays or possessions in a game. In studies in the old system the ball would be spotted and marked ready for play in about 18-20 seconds between end of play. The new rule ball is spotted and marked in 10-12 seconds. It increases the opportunities for more snaps. It will not be a huge advantage to teams like UC. 40 second play clock will be started as soon as possible once the spot is marked from previous play. No waiting in referee to blow it ready and no waiting for teams to move to next spot. It all happens simultaneous.

Ok after disectibg some film from yesterday against Fayette Ware i think we have an opportunity to be a pretty strong defense. We had several starters out on defense and except for a couple busted plays handled them pretty well. I think scrimmage ended 2-2 but cant remember. Line play was not great but kids were working hard to get corrections. Qb looked good, receivers will be above average, running back by committee right now but there were some glimpses of hope. Kids had good effort and were very business like. Good things are coming but are still a ways off.

Right now we are not that good. We got several players coming back from injuries and a couple that havent been able to practice yet for other reasons. We have potential but kids have to decide its what they want. We still are slow, got decent size but gots a ton to fix before we can say we are good.

Yes qb, 5 linemen, 3 dbs, 4 linebackers, a water boy, 2 cheerleaders, and a powder puff player. Lol. We played injured after week one every week. No excuses still gotta go play. Just watch a scrimmage with fayette ware and we still have a long way to go

Yupp but we have to tie that one leg to another player to make it strong enough to play.

Big strong, fast, small, slow, expetienced, inexperienced, full of play makers, looking for kids to step up. Lol

Yeah we were hit with the injury bug last year. We had something like 13 or 14 different starters get injured last year at some point. We will be better this year but going to have to get some young guys to step up.

All i know is they are a good collection of talent and will come ready to play. Gc may pull out the win. I hope they do but i gained a lot of respect for fairley last year. We beat them because we kept the ball for nearly 20 minutes of the second half on 1 drive. They have college talent all over the field

Gc good luck in playoffs. We played fairley last year. They return almost everyone. They are athletic, have some good coaches and will be a handful. Gc is a good team this year but i dont know that you have the total team speed to handle fairley. Hope you do but i have seen both. You better be ready to play.

Nope. 1 game complete suspension. In street clothes all night. He is our starting center normally.

Good job peabody. We just can't keep the motor running this year. Mostly sophomores and tons of injuries. Best lineman couldn't play due to being ejected last week. We will be back. Good luck r7 teams in playoffs. Now what is there to do for next few weeks.

he had surgery saturday and got to come home Sunday. they are saying it will be early summer before he is able to resume anything with any contact all. If he can then. But it will be several weeks non weight bearing, then crutch assistance, then brace assistance. He is a champ and is battling hard. It devastated him when he found out he could not play anymore this season. He is saying he will be at the game Friday no matter what so we will see.

Adamsville is having to completely revamp everything due to injuries. Even most og the kids making the field are hurt in some form or fashion. It will be a long season in the Ville. I would not overlook us but right now we got lots of work to do. Dont sleep on Gibson County either. Probably will not challenge Peabody but could beat a few more folks before it is said and done.

Congrats TCA you guys were the better team tonight. We don't have any feet left after we shot ourself in the foot so many times. Good luck rest of the year. We were horrible tonight. Hopefully everyone makes it out without any major injuries

Wont be no excuses from our end. If our offense gets on track with our defense. We will be just fine.
