Pickett did not leave the field. He and another player went over to speak to his dad standing on the track for a few seconds. There were NO ADMINISTRATORS from Richland even at that game so they didn't make him go back to shake hands. He did so on his own after a few words with his dad. Where did this information come from? It's just not true.

Just want to correct a name on here. The QB at Richland is Cory Pickett, not Cody. Keep up the good messages everyone

Why do you say that Richland's QB has a bad attitude. He's a team leader and I've never seen him act ugly during a game. What's us with the dissing?

Just wondering where you got that information? Pickett is a great sportsman. Believe it or not, there were NO administrators at that game from Richland. After the game, Pickett went over to the side of the field to say something to his dad. AFter a few word, Pickett went back to the field to shake hands. NO administrator "sent" him back. Pickett was sick that night, on top of taking some ugly hits from Waverly. He is fine though--a tough player. Posters on Coach T sh ouldn't accuse players of things that they can't back up--not fair to the players.

When you do finally get to the game, you will be shocked at the lack of offensive line protection. I also need to say that the offense still can't even score 2 pts. because number 8 has no time to get anything off before being stuffed into the ground. I can't understand why Richland can't get the OL to block and let #8 throw for some yards like he has the past 2 yrs. Diaz was an awesome asset to the coaching staff, and his being gone is showing. HIs son had great leg strength and is missed too. As you said, one player doesn't make the team, but he sure did help. He and his dad are both missed as we can tell by the play calls of the last 2 games.
