KEMP OUTSTANDING IN AAU ACTION

Recommended Posts

In the first ever Real Deal On The Hill tournamnt in Fayettville AK that featured some the best talant for the class of 2006 Memphis pump and run team led by guard Wille Kemp took home the title this weekend beating a team from Indy Willie displayed why he is one of the best pure point guards in the nation he did'nt score in the quaterfinals but his playmaking abilities helped his team advance and in the finals where he seems to play his best he scored 27 and won the MVP award forget the individual awards this kid is a proven winner on this level and wiil be on the next you had the other top players on that team where Young ,Niles, and Chism. Wherever Wille plays his team wins last weekend he played for the Mid-state ballerz and that team beat the same Memphis pump and run team for the Buff City Championship then before they went to Arkansas he changed teams and won another title

Willie is a great player and a great winner...

The Ballerz and Pump 'n Run are starting to build quite a rivalry... Even with Willie at point for Pump 'n Run, the Ballerz led by 13 in the second half of their Sweet 16 tourney matchup. Willie hit a last second shot to send this game into overtime, where Pump 'n Run outlasted the Ballerz 77-74...

Good luck to both programs next week...

I watched the tape last night and what a perfromance by Kemp. The turning point in the game was Brandon Powell"s block on 7-1 and #1 ranked Greg Oden. With Kemp at the point his team will be hard to beat. The statring five were Kemp, Powell, T.Young, P. Niles and W. Chism. They will play in Vegas this weekend.

would be great if UT could pick up these 5!

Kemp name is appearing all over rivals and scouts com websites as a rising star emerging in the 2006 class with a great start to this young AAU season they say coaches are flocking to him and his top 150 ranking where one site has him ranked 88 and another has him 99 is sure to move up he says Illinois and Arkansas are his frontrunners but he is keeping his options wide open

    • The people need our help!
    • Lol when was last time they won region or got past the 3 rd round.
    • Gravedigger gotta finish filling the hole before hitting 40 East. May need a new Yellow Shirt play signaler on the Stones. And apparently a new strength coach now. Cicadas must've got shaken out of the bushes in Donelson. Hopefully the mower man sticks around to keep DG field looking pristine. Maybe new OC can call in a favor to his PGA friends that knows a thing or two about being green during the season. The heat is on soon. Bring in the 2 way freak Iceman and cool things off. He knows a thing or 2 about wildcats. Gotta take our talents South soon for Nationals. Don't step on my blue suede shoes.
