mg
milan and dyersburg mixed it up yesterday in a perimeter scrimmage... notes from scrimmage: milan worked two qb's...one looked like a strong runner and a passing threat... dyersburg worked 3 different qb's as they refine their new offense.... the most impressive thing that that stood out was two secondary defenders for dyersburg.... 6'1 stuart taylor and 5'10 ryan lanier..... (stuarts older brother i believe plays for TSU)...these two guys made great reads the entire scrimmage and between the two, had about 6 take-aways.... if taylor and lanier perform that well during the regular season, they might end up being the leaders in the TD category for the trojans……

If true how did he look in the Scrimmage?
sWiTzEr
I went to a camp at UTC with a wide receiver from Dyersburg. I don't remember the name, but he was probably around 6'2-6'3 and was pretty talented. He also said he was one of the few seniors on the team. Hows he doin? mg
this was just a perimeter scrimmage, so there was no contact or lineman involved... the guy you went to camp with was sturat taylor and yes he is more like 6'2 to 6'3 than 6'1......he should have a good year, especially on defense... If you see him tell him the McKenzie guys said good luck.
bulldawgs#1
What did yall think of the milan wide recievers and defensive secondary?
mg
milan had some good looking receivers...their defensive secondary looked good as well... the thing that really stood out in the scrimmage was dyersburg's defensive secondary.... taylor and lanier look like they could cause some BC headachs for a few coaches this year... this thurs dyersburg and milan will square off in a full contact scrimmage at milan high school.....should be a good hard hitting scrimmage....
