Will the Lady Mustangs go all the way this year???

We have gotten off to a good start..but as far as going all the way..it is way too early to tell that..way to early..but i think with Coach Tom Bayliss the Lady Stangs might be able to do something this year. With Senior Standout Ashton Burrell things are looking good..she already has 7 or 8 goals for the stangs. Very good player to look out for..but Good luck girls and keep working hard..

From what I've heard, Walker Valley has played teams like Tellico...and Sequoyah...not very big soccer schools. One player scoring 3 or 4 goals on these teams isn't very hard. But McMinn Co. should tell ya whether or not you are going somewhere.

Very true..it isnt hard but she has 8-10 goals already in just three games and i was just stating that, that is pretty good..and i was just saying she's our standout but we beat rhea county 4-1 last night and tonight have soddy..and yes mcminn county vs. us will tell us alot..

Aye Mcminn will show us Walker's true colors but Soddy will give us a good taste. Ashton will prove to be a key player yet again and I'm sure Coach Bayliss will lead the team to yet another great season with his experience and coaching prowess.

I believe they lost to Soddy-Daisy 6-0 last night. Rhea Co. and Soddy-Daisy are in two different leagues. (figuratively speaking)

Walker Valley is still at least a year away. They give a good effort and play hard, still have a little ways to go. Best of luck Lady Mustangs!

You have got to be kidding right - Bayliss ?? Experience ?? Coaching prowess ?? you're hurtin' me - I am laughing so hard. The only reason WV might do anything is because they don't play a hard enough schedule. I'll give it up for Ashton - she has been around awhile and has made a come back for herself when it was questionable that she would every play again; but all things considered the team as a whole is not strong. The Cretton girl might help out if she is playing this year and I heard their sweeper is pretty strong. Don't know - haven't seen them yet. But please don't give credit where credit isn't due when it comes to Bayliss.  Beating Rhea County was no big feat and Sequoyah - please - they scored 4 on them so WV couldn't be that good - they only won by 1 goal for the love of the game. You might want to stick to posting on a thread that you know something about Chadwick !

Well you know, a lot of us are sweetheart! But the facts are that you cannot really consider a win against a team like yours such a great victory when you are comparing yourself to other teams in the district that are playing much tougher teams with all they got!!! And they are obviously experiencing some defensive set backs by allowing your team to score 4 goals on them. Nothing against your team..... just stating the facts.

yea i believe that the Lady Cherokees beat the Lady Mustangs 11-1. It was like 6-0 at the end of the 1st half then McMinn went on to beat them!!
