Corbin Jones, a sophmore from wavo averaged 46.3yards a punt last friday against hickman co. on 6 punts, of course one rolled 20+ yards for a 62 yarder but still...

Christian Prudhomme from Johnson County is an outstanding freshman kicker. He went two-for-two Friday night against Hampton on extra points and went two-for-two again in Monday's JV game. Johnson County's punter, Tyler Leonard, is also very strong.

Lonas Seiber of Knoxville Central without a doubt!!!! This guy kicked a 56 yard field goal during passing league. During practices he consistently hits from 60+ yards.

 

In Centrals first game, he was 3/3 for field goals, with his longest at 46 yards, and was 3/3 on PAT's. In CHS second game, he had a field goal attempt and extra point blocked, but that doesn't diminish his talents.

 

To date, he has put every kick off at LEAST 8-9 yards deep in the end zone....if not through it.

 

He's the real deal and several major colleges are already interested in him. I seriously doubt there's a better kicker in the state.

 

He's also ranked in the top 60 in the nation as a soccer player within his age group as well as a talented punter and receiver. For now, he duties are just kicking......the coaches don't want to risk the possibility of injury and jeapordizing his future.

#82 Josh Barnes for Station Camp had 3 punts Friday night at an average of 46 yds. He had one that was over 70 yds. He's a senior that also plays TE & DE. Has been at these 3 positions all 4 yrs at SC and also fills in in any other position when needed!

LOL LOL LOL LOL This is a football, kickers and punters can decide a football game or have a large impact on it, yet what is the smartest way to block a kick or punt, yes up the middle however there are 22 people sacrificing their bodies with lots of contact throughout the game and if one of those 22 go up the middle to block a field goal or punt and miss and run into the kicker it is a penalty. they ought to take them out of the game if they can not be hit while attempting to throw and yes it can be dangerous, but so is a quarterback getting blindsided while throwing. LOL LOL LOL punters and kickers take away from the game

Alcoa's qb Joei Feigler is a very good punter with a high hang time. I would have to say the best kicker is that guy from Knox Central.

I think the best punter in the state is easily Lance Moore from Morristown West. This guy is averaging over 47 yards a punt and is getting great hangtime. This kid should definately be a d1 college prospect.

Wow, Knox Central dude sounds awsome. Best one that i've SEEN is sophmore Tony Garibaldi in Warren County. Last week he got all 8 of his kickoffs in the endzone and about put a couple through the uprights, got all of his extra points that he kicked. We haven't had to try a field goal yet in game, so I dunno how that'll go. In practice he's kicked a 60 yarder without a rush.
