From what I've seen so far ---- the Harb kid @ CAK.

 

He is a sleeper --- I think only his second year playing.

 

Has a cannon of an arm & is learning the different touches needed for the different routes.

Harb did outstanding if u saw him in the game of the week when he is on he is almost unstoppable

best arm strenght in the state no doubt i've seen him easily though it about 60 yards not even trying
