chester lexington game

These two teams don't play each other evey year!!

Chester Co. has been a 2A school for some time now.

 

And this "it comes up every year" is B.S.!!!

Before this past week I have never heard of

possible "gang problems" between these two

schools EVER!!!!! The two schools/football programs

don't have a problem with each other. Why is

there no problems with basketball games...

all played at night??

 

A couple of punks making it very difficult for the rest

of us who enjoy a good ball game between two great

towns!!!

 

FYI...The shootings were gang related...per a TBI officer.

 

 

know the facts before before you speak as donvito said 99 someone was hit after a basketball game winter of 00 some kind of concert in lexington a huge fight got started a week later played lexington in basketball had to have a police escort to and from the game but nothing happened noone said it was just football and yes i might have exaggerated the every year part but it has happened!

 

P.S. it had nothing to do with gangs i know this for a fact i know the kid that done the shootings and i live right beside chester co's crime investigator and he said it had nothing to do with gangs it is crap like this that makes all this stuff happen people saying it had to be gang related and the next thing you know everybody is saying it!!!!!!!!!!!!

FACT: A fight between two high school punks happen FIVE YEARS AGO.......WHO CARES!!!!!!!!!

FACT: No one from Lexington cares anything about a "girlie fight" between "students" who are not school anymore!!!

 

FACT: Lexington High School students are in class and are more then ready to play some football this Saturday AM!!!!

 

CC move on and don't worry about it anymore, after this Sat. game it will be old, old news!!!

well when 5 years ago when it happened im sure that the seniors that year had friends that were 3 years younger than them. so the next year something happened and the next year something happened and so on.

 

 

Volunteer General-- from what i heard here in henderson is that somebody(i guess from lexington dont know) sent a text message saying "remember columbine? well today after school will be 10x worse" or something to that effect but who knows the truth. and as for the staff at CC that is one positive is that they are always being cautious and doing their best that nothing happens. well now the 2 teams will know what colleges go through on saturdays w/ the heat(hopefully everybody drinks alot of water)

There are stories from both schools. Some high school kid probably thought he'd/she'd be cute and send that text message. However, I'd rather them be overly safe than to say....try to play a football game in a hurricance.

 

I would be willing to say that everyone is making a big to-do over nothing, but as I said, better to be safe than sorry.

This game WILL remain close and depend on who makes the gamebreaking plays

about our "overweight" lineman.

 

Or you could ask Ripley, McKenzie, Lewis Co or Crockett Co. teams we also

beat in scrimmage games.

 

Smash mouth football is all Lexington knows.....Smith, Buckley and Deberry will give

a smash mouth game Saturday.

"CC wanted to keep it safe for anyone?????" your just mad bc coach cupples wouldnt travel TO lexington when its scheduled to play in henderson! and what difference does it matter if u play in lexington or henderson? the same stuff could happen both places. i want it to be played friday night but if the day is better than why not saturday morning
