Having had the opportunity to watch the Tigers on three occassions, I am impressed with their ability. For a 1-A school they seem to have enough good kids to play ball and be competitive. I really believe they could have easily been 8-2 at this point, with the exceptions of Sequatchie and South Pittsburgh.

 

What I have noticed is that they seem to have an inordinate amount of turnovers and they play their best game in the second half. If they can move beyond this, they will make it far this year. It should be noted that they are a fairly young team overall and should be getting better with playing time.

Hey volsbbfan, I was just waiting to see how TennAllState was going to pick them before I picked. If he picked Whitwell that would be like giving them the kiss of death! just kidding! I agree with you that this could be a good game. Whitwell just needs to play hard and control the turnovers. If they can do this, I believe they will be in the game. Good Luck Tigers.
