Where is all the black athletes in Upper East Tennessee football

The relevance of the question is that there used to be more black kids playing for schools like Science Hill, DB, and TN High. I know there not that many black people to begin with in the Tri-Cities, but there's more than the teams are showing. I was wonder why the numbers are lower, what makes them not play football. Dont get so upset when someone brings up skin colors. Its an issue so deal with. I just asked a simply question. There must not be that many black people from East Tn who reads this stuff. Anyways I hope the schools are not discouraging the black kids to play. That has been known to happen in some places.
