Tennessee High Tournament Update?

What a good ballgame!! HV played a solid first half causing many problems on the Eliz. zone and playing a hard man to man defense. Eliz. came out strong in the third qtr and returned the favor on HV by playing an intense man to man defense and getting the ball inside and scoring problably 12-16 pts in the paint. Cameron also knocked a couple down from the outside. Great second half effort by the lady Cyclones! HV appears to be much improved.

The margin of victory should be of No concern, except for those who place Way Too Much emphasis on such things, and of course, the Texas Longhorns football team (Real Classy, Mack!). We're talking about neighbors here.

 

Congratulations to Cameron and Hannah. And Coach Weems, Keep playing all your kids. They will always remember, and in the grand scheme, we're all better for it.

Elizabethton and Claiborne County both beat Happy Valley. Claiborne beat Happy Valley by 16 in the first round and Elizabethton beat Happy Valley for 5th place.
