I have been on both ends of the spectrum and I can tell you that people don't tell their kids to go in there and score, score, score. When any kid gets an opportunity to score a touchdown he will and should do it. It might be the last time he ever gets the opportunity to feel the excitement of scoring a touchdown.

We use to score a lot more points than we can now but from that experience we would use the starters for the 1st series of the third quarter and then take them out. Most of our starters a couple of years never saw the fourth quarter until the state championship game.

EASY SOLUTION: IF YOU DON'T WANT THE SCORE TO BE 90 - NOTHING.

TACKLE THEM AND SCORE YOURSELF!!!

Not trying to be smart but when you get the opportuntity to return the favor, and you will if you stay in the business long enough, take it.
