No. doesnt have 3a... just 4a and 1a.

This is not the Tennessee Sports Writers Association All State Team..........this is some team that was published in a paper in middle to east tennessee..........the TSWA All State team was supposed to be sent to all the sports writers on the WEEK of the 19th, not published in the paper.

This at least sounds like a true representation but I'm sure there are people who will still gripe that their guy didn't make the team.
