I think JCS is, they haven't played Fayette Academy yet though so they could be a dark horse candidate. Union City will be good, but not as good as last year, they might win their region. They beat Lake county, but I think if they play again in the playoffs Lake county will beat Union City.

 

My overall pick to be best in west is JCS.
