HOW TO ADD SCHEDULES

 

To add a schedule, go to the Inside page for your team and click "Schedule/Results." There is a link on that page called "Add Games." This will launch a popup window with the "Adding Game" form. If you use a popup blocker, you may have to disable it temporarily to add games.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

 

- The games you add will not appear on the website until they are previewed by site operators.

- In order to save time, add only those games that do not already appear on the schedule.

- In cases where the boys and girls basketball teams each play the same opponent on the same night, choose "Both" from the Sport drop-down menu. This will add the game to both schedules automatically.

- Use the drop-down menu for all games against in-state opponents. If the school is in the list, do not type it in.

If the game is a region or district game, be sure to check the appropriate box. Remember that there are no districts in football and that every district game in basketball is also a region game.

- The doubleheader checkbox allows you to add more than one game on that calendar day. This is usually helpful only for baseball/softball contests. The checkbox has nothing to do with "synchronizing" boys' and girls' schedules.

 

Finally: Until you're very familiar with the form, be sure to look over it before you submit it each time to avoid mistakes.

 

Once you have finished adding the schedule, close the popup window. Your entry will appear on the website once CoachT validates your submission.

 

To add schedules, find your school's team Inside CoachT.

 

To add rosters, the link is on the team schedule. You must be logged in to the message boards and you must include information in every category except weight.

OK, you can add them now!! When you make a mistake, and you will, then email me at coacht@coacht.com and include the link to your mistake in your email.

 

Intentional mistakes, and they will be obvious, will be dealt with as severely as is possible.

 

Schedules that have had games added

Coacht, please change the Science Hill game at Volunteer from 3 Jan 2007 to 21 Dec. 2006. The ladytopper won the game 58 to 39.
