I don't know if we 've played anybody as physical as york mudway maybe but I do know our front 7 or 8 better be wide awake fri night cause the dragons will be bringin' it right at 'em hey BIG INDIAN did u get in any lard bowls

Well, P22 you had to bring up that monstrosity of a sand pit, the Lard Bowl. Yes, there was lard and the helmets were so small on grown men they looked like BOWLS! I must say I never engaged in the activity myself. My wife, bless her sane mind, thought rediscovering your youth is best served at the golf course. She likened my chance of an acl injury was greatly reduced riding a cart. I almost went through with it one year to see if tackling, OR NOT TACKLING, the great Billy Hall was all it was cracked up to be. Guess I'll never know. The three games I witnessed provided plenty of "humorous" moments during the course of the game, in fact I laughed so hard watching overweight, out of shape, 42 year olds chasing other overweight, out of shape, 35 year olds.......it hurt. I still cling to the notion that Bill isn't gonna get by me in the open field.........then I usually wake up. Did you really "escort" highlander backs into the endzone? Most of the linemen up North could only move the earth for five, maybe 6 yards. I can't ever recall one of our boys making a block much farther down the field. Lard Bowl good burial!

kaz I got downfield on a kirk buttram punt return against ac and have never lived it down. i was just there in case he got tired and needed somebody to laterial the ball to. the closest i ver got to escorting somebody to the endzone was during homecoming and i only got as far as the 50 then

Hey, don't sweat it! I once tried to peel a defender off of Greg "Joe Bob" Miller! Not only did Joe Bob get rid of the guy himself, but when I jumped into the middle of it I did so up the poor boys back. When Miller arrived in the end zone he turned back around in time to see me recieve a yellow flag "shower", must have been at least 5 of them hit me. Of course nullifying his TD didn't exactly sweet'n the deal with the 235 lbs. tight end either! Oh well, I'm still here!

i wish oneida the best of luck but york is a very tough; hard nosed team.they like to run it down your throat and do a good job at it.it will be a very physical game.

Old Higlander I never said anything about ohs being better than shs. All that I said was that ohs wants to go out an show people in the community that they can play with big schools, and its not a factor of ohs having ballz iv heard players numorus times asking to scrimage. Regardles of what everyone thinks there is not as much bad blood between the two as there use to be most of the kids have played sports with each other since junior pro and pewee. I dont think friday night wont be a runnaway if ohs comes out and plays like they are capable of playing. It will nodoubt be the hardest hitting game they have seen all year. I wish both ohs and shs the best of luck this week and once again we all need to accept the fact that they arent going to play and just support both teams.

By the way p22, Scott Co. Lard used to beat Mccreary Co. Lard fairly regularly didn't they? Sorry, that just sounds funny.

Well Oneida is going to have the most physical game so far most likely. I havent see york play this year but they lost 3 in a row and come back with a big 50-8 win over a not so good Jackson Co. team. But any 50 point game means ur on a mission and i think that they will be ready to give us all we got. We will come out on top of this one i think, im sayin 31-28 JS hits the game winnin field goal.
