Brentwood vs. JP2

Every team has at elast one bad game and some days the shots dont fall and the other team catches a lucky break. You cant decide who is better until they play! JP2 has an impressive record and hendersonville's doesnt look that great but i guarentee they would give them one heck of a game!

Could be a definite possibility...but as a prediction I would still have to go with JP2. But I would like to hear more from the original topic. Brentwood vs. JP2.

This is a dumb topic anyway, its like asking how brentwood or jp2 would do against spring valley(sc). They wont play so it might just be pointless to talk about......

If it's so dumb then why are you persistent in giving your two cents...just don't click back into Brentwood vs. JP2 and the rest of us will comment on the topic and you don't have to worry about how dumb or not dumb it is.

Yeh, I see your point because the only two games I see that you could base a comparison from is that JP2 beat Father Ryan 3-1 and Hendersonville I believed tied 1-1, but I just really don't see JP2 losing to Mt. Juliet. I dont know what happened to Hendersonville that game, but that could make alot of people be biased for JP2. (and their undefeated record). But I would still have to pick JP2 against Hendersonville.

Every team has an off night, Hendersonville isn't the first team in history to be upset and they won't be the last. If JP2 and Hville did play, you can't automatically go with JP2, Hville has a great team year in and year out and this season is no different. But back to the topic, I do think Brentwood would win.

well obviously jp2 is better, because they take the best players from hendersonville, not to mention station camp, gallatin, beech, pretty much all sumner county. why shouldn't they be undefeated.

Huh?!?!? You can take the top players from each sumner county team and they would beat JP2. Its not that they have good players but they play well together. Honestly... Maddox is the only one with great skill. However they play well together not because they have every top player in SC. Stay on topic. Brentwood would win.

    • Sorry Barn. I wasn’t specific enough. It seems I’m always protecting the principal at 825. My interactions with her have been extremely positive, but very limited. With all the other stories being told, I’m confident there are other sides I am not aware of. Regardless, there are lots of decent people earning good checks up there. Maybe too good, which explains why no one is willing to speak up. My beef is with the poor communication among the athletic programs and with the administration. Seven years ago the poor communication led to my son missing graduation due to a sporting event that was planned months before. I chalked it up to the system being totally shocked that the baseball team made it out of their district, and our then AD was a football coach. Maybe they were surprised and did not plan appropriately. That was more palatable than they just didn’t give a crap. Déjà vu, seven years later, same thing. Different administration, but same result.  Maybe in seven more years, it will actually be “about the kids”. They should do better.
