Amazing. Unapproved Website just listed their top 50 high school soccer programs in American. 5 of the top 25 teams are D2 teams from Tennessee...3 more from AAA are also top 25. Says alot about the strength of D2 soccer!

 

 

WOW... Hats off to those D2 teams and the AAA teams! They should be proud of great seasons no matter what... for those keeping track of playoff games...If there is a rain-out for the Father Ryan vs. MBA game Friday night the game will be moved to Saturday at 1:00 - still at Father Ryan. Let's hope for sunshine and another good game between two great rivals. I think Father Ryan will make it a third win...

Soccer is looking very strong in Tennessee. 8 teams top 25 and 5 of those are D2 teams. Congratulations to Baylor, McCallie, Father Ryan, Christian Brothers and JPII. All will be playing this weekend trying to earn a berth to spring fling. That in itself is amazing....5 of the 8 teams left in D2 are top 25 in the nation. Wow!

those rankings are not true national rankings

only ranks high schools with spring soccer seasons which is around 10 states

still impressive for tn to have so many teams in there though

 

im looking forward to father ryan vs mba (5:30 tonight at ryan)

 

first game mba's goalie got a red

second game mba dominated until ryan got the pk

lots of hard fouls and injuries that game

well i guess u could say that the fall national rankings are not true either cause the springs teams are not playin...yes there are alot of good teams out of texas, florida, etc...but im sure a couple of these teams could be on that list as well...

Baylor beat MUS today 4-1. Great game by the Red Raiders.....as they played strong as a team. Scoring was off of two long throw in's by Andrew Roden into the box with Pim van Der Sluth knocking in the first goal and Sam Williams scoring in the 2nd half off the 2nd throw in. The other 2 goals were off of Kelly Smith corner kicks with Chris Wilson and Tanner Taylor connecting to score goals. Baylor looked very sharp in this game. Danny V had several great saves.
