I wanna know about the sophomore classes this year. I know Oakland has some serious talent (Buddy Mitchell doesn't drop anything, Tee Mayberry is a hammer, and Dre Frazier just a physical specimen, benched 350 lbs. at the end of his freshmen year.) Siegel has a good class, I don't know about individual talent.

I know we are a 3A school but it has to be noted that Cheatham Co. has a very good sophomore class this year. This group could go on to do some very VERY big things when all is said and done. Tanner Owen is a 6'6 270lbs. offensive/defensive tackle. Dre' Jock is a very quick nose guard who may play some running back in the future on offense. Shawn Montgomery starts at running back and linebacker right now (and may be the team's best overall football player). Levi Wilson is a 6'3 225lbs. defensive end. He can also play split end and go get the football on offense. There are several more that I am not mentioning but all in all this group has a shot to do some special things that have never been accomplished on the gridiron in Ashland City before they leave CCCHS.
