tennessee high school history.....who made it and for what school?? (Hint......both the schools that played that day no longer exist, and were located in east tn.)

The visiting team that day was located in Campbell County....the home team made the first 3 point shot.....so you are incorrect on both schools, but a good guess none the less.

Well since no one got it....the answer is Tina Burchfield of Horace Maynard high school was the first girl to hit a three point shot in Tennessee high school fall of 1987 vs Wynn high of Habersham. Horace Maynard was located in Union County.....Wynn was located in Campbell County.
