Thoughts on Knox County football

Anyone have any thoughts on how the know county teams will do this year? Central, West, Bearden, and Powell all look good.

Central is the stuff in Ktown. They will have a great D this year. A-E (2 peat??). I had a coach that once said "Halls...they come to hurt cha"

Central is playing ball so far. Injuries is the key, along with passing game. They have one of the top WR in the state. AE and Central have been bumping head from this spring. Great for both teams. AE kind of beat them up in the spring and Central kind of gotten the best of them in the Summer. i watched the Maryville AE scrimmage (14-14). Central and Maryville should be a great game. I left with my tail between my leg with the other AE fans after the jamboree (Stevens first jamboree lost) How did Fulton look?

Scott Cummins and the West crew are looking good. They had over 400 yards of offense on Alcoa, and they turned the ball over 2 times. They have a lot of depth at the skill positions, and their young offensive line will only get better with time. Keep watching...As for who is the best I still look for the well-coached Maryville team to show its colors.
