Joe, the TSSAA doesn't allow tie breakers during regular season. Don't know why though. It would make seeding district a lot easier.

Thanks G, I had a "duh" moment....I was on soccer info and saw the tie between JCM and JCS and that they went to ot and pks and so was confused why Lexington and North side did not. I just realized that the jcm/jcs match was a tournament /rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":rolleyes:" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />

very questionable call that should have been a red but nonetheless northside played way below standards

No. I think that it should have been a red when the NS player clearly had a breakaway and it was an intentional foul. That changes the game completely. Now I'm not downing JCS any because NS didn't even show up to play.

  Interesting take on blaming the move ins. I’m sure you’re right as far as maryville football goes. But we have the opposite problem in sevierville. We like the status quo now. In the past we hired an outsider from north broadway and it worked out really good for us. Now we promoted the local yokel from fairgarden. Apparently being mediocre gets you a new party deck. Here’s to being average.
