Can FCS sweep the Yellow Jackets tonite at the districts in Watertown?

Your thoughts?

Yes they can. Great gameplan by the green team. Maasen was on tonite as well as the MVP of the tournament Parker Teeter....TC had no answer for those 2 tonite. The Holland kid wasn't a factor in this game....I will tell you that I love the way the Gregory kid plays for TC....He is a free throw shooting machine....plays power basketball inside.......

Great game FCS.........Good luck to all our 4 teams in the Region 4A tournament. I think we will be ready for Clay Co/Clarkrange/Jackson Co/Monterey.........

Didnt look like they needed luck last night .Never even close after the ball was tossed at the beginning of the game.Thats just IMO. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Well as I recall they brought it back to five and if they hadn't got that one big run trousdale wins the game and no answer for teeter right that's y he fouled out cuz he is weak to be a 6'6 post but 8a is very much stronger than 7a

I think we have a mad player here??? FCS didn't go 12-0 in regular season and continue that to 14-0 with tourney wins by being lucky. Give credit where credit is due. Teeter is pretty tough as well. Good luck to all 8A teams. Should be a good region tourney.

I believe you been in that TC juice too long.....Take it for what its worth......get the broom out 3 times should be enough said. And as far as Parker Teeter goes, he , Lee Maasen, or EJ Perry wwould have gotten the MVP of the league if any one of them were a senior....I was told the Perry kid outscored him for the year by 72 pts??? Don't know that for sure but that's what I heard.....

Like the Big Blue from Gordonsville just posted.......UNDEFEATED in the league and tournament should speak for itself and it does to anyone that knows basketball.......you just need to grab and ole pigskin and sleep with it tonite.

And one other thing that bothered us at Watertown. Do yall's cheerleaders have fundraisers? Surely they could have found enuff money to buy another letter for their uniforms? I mean yall go by TCHS (as in your name) but put HHS on the uniforms?? Now that is what you call WEAK....................................

    • Winfree's senior year was the season she needed to secure more college interest. That opportunity was taken away from her. A lot of false assumptions can be made about what happened and what the options are. Unfortunately, the former coach and administration did not allow Winfree to have due process. A lawsuit was filed for a reason, and it will run its course by people who conduct discovery and take depositions. Unless the parties settle out of court, a lot of the pertinent issues will come to the public surface. I wrote about many of the issues here: https://bdnewsletter.news/2023/11/17/grounds-for-investigation-and-suspension/ I interviewed Winfree after she was dismissed from the team and wrote about it here: https://bdnewsletter.news/2023/12/01/a-new-interview-with-sable-winfree/ Winfree had been on teams in Warren County since the fourth grade and never been dismissed from a team. The real questions are why was Winfree dismissed from the team, and why the administration backed a coach whom they did not rehire.
    • What is the hold up here? I have not heard anything in weeks. Are they waiting for the right person or is something else going on?
    • Per usual, we'll be hard to beat in the regular season, I'm sure. It's the post season that I'm more worried about, specifically the coaches. Maybe they'll be able to make some adjustments that will keep the momentum in our favor. How's Grays recovery coming along?
    • Something don’t add up here a college coach is not going to turn away a good player they need just because they didn’t get along with their high school coach
    • RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.
