13 year old incoming freshman has played on 60/90 dimensions for 2 years of middle school ball. Birthdate is in June of 95. Dizzy and Dixie both have rules that say he cannot play with the 15-18 division because of birthdate. Dizzy and Dixie both have smaller field dimensions in the 13/14 year old age groups. BPA and USSSA are the same way. Does anyone have a suggestion or know of an organization that plays on a regulation diamond with 13 year olds? Can you receive a waiver on the age from certain affiliations?

He could play as a 14U in USSSA. Use high school dimensions. Only restriction is can't be 15 before May 1.

I coach a 13U team and we are associated with USSSA and Sandlotter. We will play a majority of our tournaments and games on 60/90 dimensions. Occasionally, I'll see a tournament that plays 54/80, but we're not that concerned about it.

USSSA and Sandlotter will get you what you're looking for.
