Giles Co. freshmen and jv completed the cowbell sweep Monday night Aug.31 8-6 and 38-14 respectivley

 

Do they get a "goat bell" and "jingle bell"?

Actually it's a "Calf Bell" and a "Heifer Bell"

Actually Bridgeforth took the jingle bell last week when they put a beat down to EO Coffman.

Defenseive backfield issues seem to be solved! A GREAT night for the whole Bobcat defense. The offense seemed to always be a step ahead and moved the ball at will. A larger victory than I even expected.

Minus the 60 yard touchdown pass by lawrence. I think it could have been a different story if the wildcats had pass blocking. We will see how improved the secondary is this week facing a very potent passing team.

I really did not think the margin would be this much cub man until the pre-game warm-ups. Focused. With the three ring circus over the awesome new brickyard, the team never lost their focus. The seniors entered the field two by two holding hands. Noticed the Lawrenceburg fans and a few players laughing. They are not laughing now. The seniors huddled together before they joined the rest of the team. FINALLY, this bunch has come together as one. As I said. The defense is fine. Lawrenceburg had more of a chance finding a leprechaun than a first down. The offense is a machine. Cracks me up to watch teams take cheap shots on Bo. He is the ultimate competitor. All it does is raise his game to another level and the whole offense goes along with him. Total TEAM effort last night. 4500+ fans, the band was awesome, the students wild and loud. Friday night lights at its best. Something special brewing at the brickyard. Very tough team coming in Friday night. Spring Hill will be ready but Team Me is now focused. Also, at least 9 underclassmen started or had a lot of playing time. Can you say future?

Bo didn't make it any better when he patted the guys helmet a little overly hard afterwards. The way I see it you should just walk back to the huddle and deal with it next play. Lawrenceburgs students may have been quiet at the end of the game, but for the first half they were one of the best student sections i've heard in a long time.

 

Oh and speaking of Bo, why was Oc still throwing the ball late in the game with a huge lead? He was also throwing in the rain with a 2 td lead??? Stat padding?

Dude! Are you honestly complaining about Bo patting one of your guys on the head after he took a cheap shot on Bo? I would say a little extra touchdown icing is what you get for taking cheap shots.

I dont get it! Your saying Bo didnt help the situation by patting him on the helmet. If he would have retaliated any other way then you would be saying he has a poor attitude. The guy took a cheap shot he deserves alot more than what he got. After that play I was hoping GC would score 60

Are you a man of short stature? Because everything goes over your head.

 

If Bo wouldn't have patted his helmet OVERLY HARD, which you all seem to leave out everytime you say something about this, the flag never would've been thrown. The flag was thrown due to the retaliation of Bo patting him...the ref didn't even see the 1st cheap shot.
