jtmgovols
If you look at the TSSAA Handbook and view the football page, it states that each team in the East/Middle will play 7 region games with the top 6 making the playoffs. The East Middle is split into 2 piecies with one side having 5 teams and the other having 4. You play everyone on your side and 3 from the other side. I think it all got messed up when one team dropped out at the last minute. The result is that Knox Webb, Ezell Harding, FRA, and Zion only play 6 region games. How does the seeding work. Is it number of wins or number of losses. For example if you have a team with a 6-1 record and one with a 5-1 record, who is the higher seed? silverpie
Word from on high is that all teams other than Donelson Christian and St. Andrews-Sewanee will be awarded an extra league win to compensate for the withdrawal of Lancaster Christian. This will also be an extra overall win for Riverside Christian only.
