Pickett Co at Gordonsville

Any predictions on this game? What does Gordonsville have this year? Will 7A continue to dominate 8A? PC beat last year's #1 Friendship 3 times.

This shouldn't be much of a game. JC was up 40 or close to it at halftime and the starters never played the 2nd half. Don't see 8A winning a game myself

Gordonsville's girls played a hard fought battle last night. I thought they played well against the lady bobcats. In my opinion without #23 Pickett County would be in serious trouble, she is their only real threat. They only defeated Gordonsville's girls by 15 and #23 scored 30 out of their total 60 points so what does that say for the rest of the team? Gordonsville's girls should win some games this season, they just have to play as a team from start to finish.

What nonsense!!! They played great when she was injured last year and play even better with her. Kayla Gibson and Brittany Garrett each had 9 last night and last year many times either of them were high scorers in games. Pickett Co. is much deeper this year with Greene and Davidson able to come in w/o Pickett losing anything. Beaty is an excellent 3 point shooter and she can score a lot too. Tarah just stands out because she is absolutely Miss Basketball material and coming from 7A, she'll be one of the players considered. Gordonsville walked constantly and never got called for it...the boys game was even more one sided when it came to the refs. Gordonsville played hard and has some good talent and I agree they'll win plenty of games.

RBS is much improved from last year...They'll win 8a and give problems to other teams in the region!
