i think if gibbs starts hitting more consistant they mite have a slite edge on PF if they dont PF looks like the one to beat. fulton has improved and can be dangerous ,union county has issues to fix ,carter has some good players that could get hot ,gp ae are a long shot . good district this year been some great games.
