Nike Flight Select is beginning Pre AAU Season Workouts for any kids interested in becoming part of the program.

 

These sessions are open to any 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th graders (not involved in school ball) that are interested in trying out for the Flight teams in the Spring. The sessions will focus on fundamentals, game preparation, and give us a chance to further evaluate your skills.
