So what is the order in 8A?

FCS 8-0

Watertown and G'ville 5-3

TC and RBS 1-7

Coin toss? Watertown and G'ville split and so did TC and RBS????????

Watertown will play G'ville regardless of coin toss but the other winner of coin toss gets FCS

ODoes only 4 make it?

Only 4 do get in. Rbs and tc will play each other and the winner gets to go to the region with fcs, h20town, and gville. The loser of the rbs and tc game goes home for good.

No doubt, FCS is the top team in the district & region. I do know one thing for sure though...FCS will play the TIGERS in the District Tournament Championship Game.

No doubt about it...

Right now I think I would go with the district championship being played between Gordonsville and Friendship Christian. H20town is struggling right now, just sneaking by TC in their last game, while Gville has won 4 straight with 2 wins being over Clay County and H20town.

Well shine season has been over for a little while here in beautiful Cocke County and I'm not going to brew up any fancy designer liquers for the city folk in the next few months, so I'm headed to Lafayette to watch some FCS Commander hoops this Friday. Hoping the two new FCS MS baseball coaches can meet me there. If any of you FCS CoachT folks see them tell them to save me a seat.

FCS boys win this District in a cakewalk.

FCS only beat H2Otown by 3 points last time they met, They'll win the first game easily but i'll be a fight after that :thumb:

    • Yeah, we came up short. I remember we threw a ball over the middle to #5 Guymon? and he came up short of the sticks. Gave em he&& for a bit though.
    • Doe dee doe doe…..hmmmmmmm one of those players can run faster than my lawnmower when I put it in 5th gear turbo.  You can bet the lawnmower on that.
    • Yeah I am on board and plan on coming down from the Ridge for some home games, great Friday night atmosphere there.  I'm really hoping SC can get them back going and have some success for those fans and community.
    • Yep I was field level on the scoreboard end throwing ball with Benny when we had that brief lead. Everybody got very excited but it was short lived as Murvil regrouped and went into machine mode. But yeah,  that hit sounded like the crack of a black powder rifle being fire.  I believe Dozier took one like that as a Soph up at Greeneville after on olay block.
    • Ole Benny boy lol. I forgot about Harder. He was tough as crap. He graduated in ‘09. I went to the OR/Maryville game that year (great game, btw) and he collided with Jacob West (I think was his name) and you could hear it clearly at the top of the visitor bleachers. Man, it was a stick. He could lay some wood son. All those guys were tough, Elliott included.
