daddy ball? are you serious? what coach gets any respect by asking "daddys" how to coach?

Are you talking about my daughter? If so you're way off. Just don't like the coaching style. My daughter plays. Mind your own business.

 

 

:popcorneater: I love "Daddy Ball" they know so much more than them coaches! If that dumb coach would just ask them what to do they would be a goin to the "Boro" for free but I guess he ain't real smart cause he ain't a askin them daddy's I guess he wants to do it himself! Them dumb coaches need to start a askin them daddy's if he wants to win!!! Round three comin up next! :flower:

"Newbie" the best thing for you to do is to learn about the sport is to listen, watch and keep that mouth shut and see which a Daddy is doin everythin for the team but it is really all about his little princess.....stay on here and watch and listen and you will learn a lot, but the best thang that I can tell you to do is get out to the park cause every team has got them some, some are loud and some are cleaver and let other folks do it for them but every team has got them....do you really think that the parents really care about ALL of the girls????? Surely "Newbie" you ain't that slow, that is why we call it "DADDY BALL" its about my princess!! :flower: See what happens when their little princess leaves school and goes on...bet you don't see them no more cause it is all about their princess. I just wish more coaches could open their eyes and see it as well.....these daddy's love to help all of the time but wait until baby is gone..........NO MOE DADDY!!!! :flower:

You may be right on some points. I may or may not come back after my "princess" is done. Probably depends on the coaching situation. But I've been an avid supporter for 30 years +/- and this is the first time I've had a child on a team. So that part doesn't hold water. By avid I mean traveling to out of town games in Chattannoga, Oliver Springs, etc. I have said too much...I know. But I only want to say I'm frustrated. Maybe there is some daddy ball here. But I'm not upset over playing time or production from my "princess". So not sure that holds water either. Coach is a good guy. And I'm sure he has more on his plate than I know. I wish him all the best. Sorry to have started a firestorm.

A "Newbie" i may be...shut my mouth...never! Mr.NoItAll I am well aware of the daddys you are referring to as well as the mommies..we have those too. Do I think all these parents are there cheering on my "princess" well heavens no. I do support every girl on this team as well as the coaching staff. There is no doubt that I'm at the park to watch my daughter play and won't be back after she graduates as a casual fan. I do apologize for not picking up on your sly sarcasm from the start. I guess I do have alot to learn about the subtelties of the educated message board post. Again my rank of class is only a camper/"newbie" maybe one day i can achieve the lofty status of "MEDALIST".

      The only thing classless here is you and your pathetic life. GH lives in your head because your team and school have crashed and burned and are no longer relevant. GH had a final 4 in Class AAAA.  That isn’t mediocrity. You ooze with jealousy and obviously have a sad life. With  every comment you make  your stupidity becomes more evident.

      I came here this morning just to see what you would say… I don’t think I’ve been on here in over a year. I have no idea why GH has become such an obsession for you. Trying to minimize what they accomplished 2 seasons ago by tying it into Coach Simmons leaving is very trivial. Just let the kids play ball. I’m as intense as they come, but hovering over a HS girls program that you have no ties to is kind of odd.
