cardfan
Adamsville straightened a couple of things out tonight and played a better second half. Riverside got drilled by lexington. This is always a big battle and could very well be for the district championship. At least winner is in drivers seat. Panthers have a good young qb and adamsville has a good defense. Lets shake it up and see how it all falls out Edited August 26, 2012 by cardfan
Redrage1990
On paper this one shouldnt be close! Riverside looked weak in the jamboree and after the pounding they took Friday night! They aways play the cards tough! But if we get clicking early its gonna be a long night for the panthers! Go cards!
KermitDeeFrog
I am going for Adamsville but it is a rivalry game, so you'll either blow them out or it'll be tough as nails. Remember Lexington was pretty ticked off when they played them with how close the game was last year and was ready to play if Adamsville is ready to play probably won't be much of a problem. cardfan
I agree kermit if we come out and are ready to play from the Kick off then it wont be close. If we come out and make the first half mistakes as in the past couple weeks we will be in a fight for our lives. Time to unleash all of our ponies and run run run
utvol2
I really don't see Riverside getting on the board in this one unless it is a garbage td late!! Go Cards!!

That wouldn't necessarily mean a garbage, shows Adamsville's coach has class letting the younger players get some experience. Always a good thing. siestakey
Riverside will need to pick themselves up and dust the butt whopping that Lexington put on them Friday night thats is for sure, but don't count the boys out. They still have game and the season isn't over by no means!!!
oldwhiteman
Riverside is never an easy game. But hopefully, the Cardinals will finally put together a complete game and avoid shooting themselves in the foot. If we could do that, A'ville should come away with a win. If not--it could be anybody's game. One wildcard in the whole thing is the hurricane. The latest projection from NOAA shows it coming right through McNairy/Hardeman county on Friday. I wonder if they will postpone the game if that is the case?

Too early to tell for sure still.
cardfan
early predictions are giving us somewhere around 6-10 inches of rain thursday into friday. That will make any field a mess. Lets hope if that is the case they look at moving the game to Saturday night. If the latest track holds true we Adamsville will be on the east and northeast side of the storm which means it will be the worst side of it. If it is a heavy down pour I think Adamsville might get the rdge in running the ball. That would also limit what riverside can do in the air so it will be ground and pound.
