Dear Wrestling Coaches,

 

We would like to invite you to our Girls holiday tournament on December 27-28, 2013. Our school address is 7425 Broadacres Road, Shreveport, La 71129.

 

Scoring: NFHS Rule 9-2-2

Note: We will run a 8 women bracket on two mats. We will run two

rounds on day 1.

 

Weights: 106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 145, 152, 160, 170, 182, 195, 220, 285

 

Entry Fee: $10.00 per wrestler not to exceed $100.00

 

December 22, 2013, (Sunday) all entries due via e-mail by 8:00 P.M.

 

December 23, 2013, (Monday) all changes/drops due by 7:00 P.M. via e-mail or phone

 

TROPHIES

Team 1st-2nd. Individuals MOW’s (lower, and upper), most takedowns and fastest pin.

 

 

THURSDAY -26

The Gym will be open for anyone to practice from 2:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.

 

FRIDAY- 27

Weigh-In 9:00 A.M.-10:00 A.M.

Wrestle 10:45 A.M.

3lb allowance (due to a dual meet on 1-26-12)

 

SATURDAY - 28

Weigh-In 10:00 A.M. – 11:00A.M.

Wrestle 11:45 A.M.

3lb + 1lb allowance
