Each coach receives Free Cincinnati Reds Ticket versus Chicago Cubs, Tournament Logo Baseball, Tournament Logo Polo Shirt, Tournament Logo Miniature Bat, Free Dinner at Coaches Meeting, Free Dinner & Party at Mason Community Center, Free Team Banner with Team and Tournament Logo.

Option 2:  $200 Per Player/Coach    BEST DEAL!!!
Each player and coach receives everything above as well as a 4 Day Pass to Kings Island Amusement Park!!!  4 tickets to Kings Island alone totals more than $200!!  You can enter the park 4 different days over a 7 day period with this pass!!  We will have passes on sale for parents and siblings as well!!

Hotels:  NO LONG DRIVES!!  We have 17 hotels located between 1 minute and 15 minutes away from all of the fields and Kings Island / The Beach!!  We will have hotel rates posted in mid August.

Plus, we have a 4 Day Pass which provides admission to the park for a total of 4 days over a 7 day period! With tons of roller coasters, games and rides, you can spend hours and hours at the park!!!
The Beach Water Park: Also located about 5 minutes from the Mason Sports Park, come and relax in the wave pool or ride some of the many water slides!!! If the Reds are not in town, we will have a party at The Beach which will be included in the cost of admission.
Cincinnati Reds: Each player/coach will receive a ticket to a Reds v Chicago Cubs at the Great American Ballpark. All teams will attend. Parents and siblings will be able to purchase discounted tickets to attend as well. Great American Ball Park is a beautiful stadium and teams will have a blast watching the Reds and enjoying the entire ball park experience!!!
Mason Community Center Party: We will have an exclusive free party for players/coaches at the Mason Community Center. The MCC has two indoor pools, a rock climbing wall, video games and more plus wiffleball contests, cornhole games and much, much more!!!
Close Hotels: We have 17 hotels as close as 1 minute away and all within 15 minutes from the fields and Kings Island/The Beach. No long drives to the parks!!
So Much More: Cincinnati Premium Outlets, Lazer Kraze, Ozone Zip Line, Cincinnati Zoo, Newport Aquarium, The Web Extreme and more all within 25 minutes of Mason!!!

All-Star Games, Awards & More
All-Star Games: Each age group will have an All-Star Game. Each team will send 3 players and 1 coach. Players will receive All-Star t-shirts and Plaques.
Tournament Awards: Age Group Champions and Runner Ups will receive team and individual trophies. Champions will also receive Champion t-shirts. MVP Award, Cy Young Award, Silver Slugger & Gold Gloves will also be awarded.
Tournament Contests: We will have 3 contest for all players to participate in (Coaches too!!!) Home Run Derby, Speed Challenge and Around the Horn contests.
Limousine Rides: Arrive at the park in style! All teams advancing to Championship Sunday will receive limo rides from their hotel or home meeting place (local teams) to the Mason Sports Park.
Video Updates: We will have video updates each day with scores, player interviews and more!!

Tournament Itinerary (subject to change depening on Reds schedule)
Tuesday July 8th:  Round Robin Games Begin.  Opening Ceremony at Mason Sports Park at 4pm. Round Robin Games Continue.
Wednesday July 9th:  Round Robin Games Continue.  Each team will play twice today.  Each player/coach will receive free tickets to the Cincinnati Reds v Chicago Cubs game!!
Thursday July 10th: Round Robin Games continue and teams have an open night to visit Kings Island Amusement Park, The Beach Water Park and much, much more!!!
Friday July 11th: Round Robin Games Conclude. All Players/Coaches will receive free tickets to a party at The Beach Water Park or a Party at the Mason Community Center!!
Saturday July 12th: Single Elimination Bracket Play Begins. Home Run Derby, Speed Challenge & Around the Horn Contests. The night is capped off with an All-Star Game for each age group!!
Sunday July 13th: Semi-finals and Championship Games. Each semifinal team will get to ride in a limousine to the fields from their hotel or home!!
