Hello all members. I was recommended by another valued member of this site about the large amount of parents, players, and coaches on this website that may be willing to help with my project. I was required to join to make this post, and I hope this does not offended anyone since this is one of my first post on the website. If it does, I apologize. To progress with my project, I want to tell everyone a little about myself. I'm currently a junior baseball player at Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee, and I am conducting a research project for my marketing research course on pitchers wearing protective headgear. I am looking to survey as many pitchers I can in order to diversify my demographic as much as possible for the project. The requirements are simple: I need to ask ten simple, straightforward question to any current pitcher at the little league(youth) level, middle school level, high school level, college level, and (if possible) professional level. It will not require any personal information to be given to me, and is completely anonymous. For your convenience, the link to the survey is located at the bottom of this post and can be taken by any pitcher who is interested. And if you happen to have multiple children who pitch, you can do the survey as many times as you please on one computer. Parents, coaches, friends, players, etc, can all help me in one way or another. If you are interested in being part of my project, please go right ahead and click the link. Any help will go a great way for me.

Thanks,Sawyer

P.S. If this is at all out of line in regards to the rules of the website, I apologize. Please inform me if it is.

    • Did this happen? Does anyone know? Ripley has their HC job posted on the bulletin board over the weekend.
    • Coalfield definitely isn't the same team they've had the past few years. They are still the favorites to make it out of their region because of their pitching. They have 1 arm that sits low to mid 80s and 2 other arms that are mid to high 70s with good off speed stuff. If you can avoid their top 3 bats in their lineup then you have a shot to beat them. Their 4-9 hitters are average at best. Wartburg's ace was able to shut them down last week in the game Wartburg won 4-2.
    • It is the longest season. Plus, 30 games a year. No Christmas break. I would say basketball is the most time consuming.
