It is good to be a Cavalier! This football team under the leadership of Coach Joslin has given Cookeville something that they have waited for over 20 years. In the newspaper interview Coach Joslin mentioned the number of people in stands and on the field after the games. Stepping out of the excitement to oberve the last two games t has been exciting in itself. The number of men who played football for Cookeville that were in the stands was unbelievable. The expressions on their faces, the reactions, everything about them....you have done something that they had not been able to do BUT..they were as excited for you as they would have been if it had been them out there.

You are winning for all of them.

On Friday nights, you are our team. The most important team that could be playing. Its a beginning. I can honestly say that as long as I can watch the Cavaliers play , seeing Tennessee or anyone else play has dimmed in importance. Nothing else is scheduled for Friday nights- that's football night with the Cavaliers.

See you on Friday Night with the Cavaliers!

A good mark for you my friend. You certainly have reason to be proud. I am glad to see Coach Joslin doing so well. I always thought he was a superb coach when he was at Gallatin. Congratulations on all your accomplishments! Good luck against Blackman. Don't be offended by some of their posts on here. They are as excited and as proud as you are!

Thanks Coach J and staff. You have given us parents and fans a year to remember as well as a special year for the Seniors. More importantly you have developed this group into a mature team who are all better equipped for whatever life brings their way.

I'm a Green Wave man, but I couldn't be happier for Cookeville and Coach Joslin. I had the pleasure of playing for him for 3 years, and he is a great coach and an even better person. Anybody who has the fortune to play for this man not only will benefit as a player, but also as a person. He teaches you how to be good on and off the field. He truly cares about all of his players. Good luck Cavaliers, hope to see ya down the road.
