I suppose it is possible, a blind dog runs into a bone once and awhile.  The fact is that MC's enrollment is going to continue to increase while SP will remain constant at best.  Until consolidation the scales will be tipped heavily in MC's favor.  I for one would love for at least one more closely contested game of the ages before it is all over.

The thing I don't understand is about our enrollment. It's been around the same for 30 years. Another thing people tend to forget around here is this important fact. Neither team has to beat the other one in order to win state titles. Sometimes that gets lost in the conversation. I will say this about the SP and Marion game in two weeks. It will be closer than the last two seasons. We are improving and closing the gap. You know exactly what I'm talking about because you guys have steadily improved the program or facilities for the past 6 seasons.

I'm having to entertain the Marion fans since we only have a few Grundy fans on here. Many of the Grundy fans changed screen names and are now here on a different one. Same folks, but not much to talk about again on the mountain.

Exactly right... All the Bryant bashers are now hiding under a rock... Grundy is changing their mascot next fall to the Grundy County Karma Jackets.
