Siegel Middle School has been the regular season champion and tournament champion for the past 7 years. This year, Siegel beat Christiana Middle in a hard-fought regular season game, and Christiana beat Siegel in the 2017 tournament championship game.  The scores in the tournament match were 25-23; 24-26; and 15-11. It was a slug-fest!

Congratulations to Siegel Middle School for 2017 Rutherford County Season Championship!

Looking forward to these two schools going at it again next year.

      In the Central game, all 3 of RC's starting RB's got hurt, including Davis who was second in the state in yards rushing last year. I'm sure you can figure out what that does to a non-throwing team that runs the archaic Wing-T offense. Plus, RC"s starting QB from last year has now become a star at Bradley Central. Yep, we are pretty weak but as always............Go Eagles!

      Why would ANYONE from Pearl dislike him? Dude never beat Pearl my guy! I didn’t want to go here but since you keep bringing Pearl up here you go. Some would say the only reason he even went to back to back state championships is because of Pearl Cohn and (Harris) moved up to 4A. Y’all Stewart fans should be thanking Pearl Cohn actually! So come on dude keep Pearl out your mouth especially when bringing up East and that old staff!!!
