Mt Pleasant High School would like to invite teams to the 3rd annual MonStars at the Mount weightlifting and combine competition hosted by MPHS.

Teams will compete in the bench, powerclean, deadlifts, 40's, Verticals and more. GameTIme will be timing 40's and measuring Verticals.

Saturday April 13, 2019 team and individual awards presented... door prizes... Sponsored by BANG drinks, GameTime, MuleTown Nutrition.

Last year 12 teams were represented with over 100 competitors.... IS YOUR TEAM READY?

      While I appreciate being credited with multiple accounts, I have to say that is not true. Will you please report back to your people that I am not someone who provides sharp, witty banter, but rather someone who is putting the shoe on the other foot for some people that have been repeatedly bashing others here and in real life for the past few years? Everything that I have stated has been backed by factual evidence or public record, so no need to be sharp and witty.

      TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.

      stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
