ugly game that was kept close by 2 refs. CPA dominated when needed. Ingle Martin not as ready as needed but CPA running game came on to set up 2 long Cade Law throws for TD's that was reminescent of OK or Tex in wishbone days. CPA gets the #1 seed and is undefeated in the Middle. The sophs are coming on and a couple of seniors are answering the final bell, so it seems deja vieux but I doubt these 4 and 6r's make the state semis. They will be a tough out.

Absolutely a crew of disgust in stripes, mechanically awful and judgmentally flawed. They actually let a play that could have been a fumble or forward pass that was returned for a TD linger forever as if they thought they had a replay call coming up. Way unbalanced in penalties and the two who were most egregious were on the FRA sideline all night long. I left with 6 minutes because it was cold and the refs were just aggravating. It started out like a recapitulation of BGA but that was ended by the stripes on the second possession and then they were involved all night long. CPA had control but FRA had big play potential that would have made it interesting if the kids were allowed to play. Nice night and good rivalry. CPA, Lipscomb and BGA should do well in playoffs, not so sure about FRA. One year away from being good and two away from being true state champ contenders again.
