Looking for travel team for 10U player.  The team he was scheduled to play on fell apart and we are now looking for a place to play.  We live in Marshall County but can travel for practice as long as it isn't really far.  He is a big left hander (who bats right handed) with very good power in his bat who played with 11 and 12's during league ball as a 9U (so familiar with leading off, longer mound, stretch/holding runners, 70 foot bags, etc).  He played 3rd and 1st and pitched some.  He does hitting and pitching lessons and we are very familiar with travel ball.  His brother (15U) has played on top level teams in travel ball for a while and a lot of perfect game/PBR stuff so we know the commitment required.   Doesn't have to be a top level team but need a place that stresses learning the fundamentals of ball and coaches to push him to be the best he can be and have fun doing it.  Feel free to contact me at jmiller2065@gmail.com if anyone is interested in taking a look at him.   Thank you

    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
    • I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
