Oak Ridge @ West

Round 2 of this region matchup. Oak ridge held west in check in most of the 1st match up though there was alot of self inflicted mistakes from west. I don’t see this happening this time around the rushing attack is a force to deal with. 35-10 West.

Would love to see that, it’s been a few years, but I wouldn’t count anybody out just yet!

Would love to see it as well but for that to happen West has to be sound in all three phases of the game...Special teams yesterday was atrocious minus the kickoff return for the TD. Missed fgs and xps have doomed West in the past and even cost them a State title in 2013.

This West team isnt even as good as that West team was and they need to be focused bc this Oak Ridge team is way better than the one they faced back in September and could beat them.

I hope that's what they are talking about and thinking about. The OR team that will come to West is a far cry from the team West faced in September. But, West is clearly the better team.

Pretty sure there were two blocked kicks last night.  On defensive special teams Walker Valley is a lot better than ppl realized. 12 for WV has multiple blocked kicks in his stats from last night.  I saw earlier in the season they had some blocked kicks and punts as well.  

 

Agreed the special teams was poor last night though.  Nonetheless, I think West takes this game.
