I guess anyone is capable of winning, TC and H2O being down has helped Westmoreland and ER ascend and if you disagree then that is your opinion but I will respectfully say that is wrong, Westmoreland has offensive inefficiencies at times and ER struggles in the line play with physicality, just calling and spade a spade, both are better than last year but still nowhere close to state title contenders
