THSSCA/TACA 2022 Senior Girls All Star game November 5 Saturday 2pm Hendersonville soccer stadium *players MUST be nominated by High School Coach *players MUST be Seniors (class of 2023) do NOT nominate players who can not play November 5 *players MUST fill out waver/acceptance form upon being selected *game Jersey and game socks will be provided - players are to wear their white game shorts *HIgh School Coach MUST be a 2022/2023 member of the THSSCA and TACA www.thssca.net www.taca.net Nominations will be open October 18: NOMINATION FORM Teams will be announced November 1, Tuesday 9am central time Questions please contact Russ Plummer russ.taca@outlook.com 615-479-2744

  Slightly off topic from a gender standpoint but just observed several boys volleyball games in the Knoxville area for a short spring season. The guys seemed to have a great time. There were several club players on each team but several football, basketball and tennis players involved. Knoxville Catholic, Maryville, Heritage, Knoxville West maybe William Blount had teams. Thanks to Coach Brent Carter from Knoxville Catholic/K2 for getting it together. I’m sure the coaches involved got several laughs trying to coach guys that really had no idea what they were talking about but pretty athletic and competitive. Catholic’s best basketball player told the coach he had played a lot of 2:3 and 1:3:1 but never a 3:3 LOL Maybe it will catch on with some more schools next year.
