Clinton baseball presents "Clinton Baseball 1st pitch dinner with special guest Redmond Walsh." 
 
Redmond Walsh is a former University of Tennessee Baseball player now is on the coaching staff with Coach Vitello

    • Four-year letterman and senior captain for Alcoa High School's varsity baseball team (Alcoa, Tenn.)
    • Listed as the No. 5 left-handed pitcher in the state of Tennessee and a Top 200 lefty among national reports by Perfect Game in 2016
    • Received Rawlings-Perfect Game Honorable Mentions during his junior and senior seasons at Alcoa (2015-16)
    • Threw a no-hitter to seal a 3-0 victory over Catholic High School in May 2016, striking out four and walking two en route to his first no-hitter during a high school season
    • Recorded a season-high 14 strikeouts as part of a complete game effort and 4-0 win over Catholic High School in April 2016
    • Finished his junior year with a 3-2 record, 1.64 ERA and 57 strikeouts in 51.1 innings pitched
    • Hit a career-best .373 with 21 RBI when playing first base for Alcoa in 2015, splitting time between first base and the mound
    • Earned three First Team All-County and All-District accolades and was named an All-State Two-way player and Super Sophomore by Tennessee Baseball Report in 2014
    • Played travel ball for Diamond Baseball of the Simcox Academy, participating in the 2015 and 2014 PG WWBA National Championships while garnering a No. 145 national ranking among left-handed pitchers by Perfect Game.
