A community that is struggling in Football for years needs some consistency. The Coach seems to care and works hard. You can not find that today in young coaches. They do not know how to sustain a job, especially if it is a tough job. This job is like being a good hitter in baseball. 3 for 10 you are a success story even though you are failing 7 times.
