* Soddy Daisy will likely win.

* Hixson and East Ridge is going to have a battle for 2nd. It's gonna come down to "bonus points."

* Red Bank will end up in 4th.

*** Best Wrestler: John Lane or winner of 125...maybe Furmon, Campbell, or Harding....

J. Gooden is now at 140. Yes, this has been planned for quite a while now, but he really didn't take it into consideration untill last week. He thinks he can do better at 140 than 135. He says, "Your only a senior once." Justin, Coach Brown, and I looked at the Region bracket, and we looked at the state rankings, and we felt that this was better for him individually, since we're not going to win the region as a team, and definitely not win at the State. If he wins the Region now, he will be seeded #1-#3.

So, I guess we'll see if he made the right move next week.

I didn't pay all that much attention to who was in all the finals except the big matches (Bird v. Brown, James v. Hoover, etc) and the ones with Red Bank wrestlers but did Tike miss a single prediction? I mean he even got outstanding wrestler (John Lane), Team Points (ER and Ool. ended in a tie for second) and The best match was easily Brown and Bird which ended in overtime with Bird pulling out a takedown.
