Loretto Vs. Collinwood

Loretto beat CHS 58-41 tonight. Balanced scoring and good defense keyed the win.

 

Loretto improved to 7-3 since the New years break with losses on the road at Wayne Co., Lawrence Co., and Page. Playing good team basketball as this young team is coming around at the right time. Play at Summertown Friday and then off to face Marshall Co. in the district tourney next week.

 

 

With the injuries Giles Co. has, if Loretto continues to play the way they are playing, they could make some noise in the tourney next week.

 

If you haven't seen them play this year, Jana Cross and Leah Stone are two of the best FR around, so keep an eye on them.
